Case studies

A track record of solving
what others pass on.

Industrial monitoring, remote connectivity, automotive electronics, and original product development. Each one started as a problem nobody else had a ready answer for.

CASE01
Industrial monitoringSensor evaluationField-ready

Remote fluid level monitoring for a sealed industrial container

The constraint: nothing could be drilled through the wall, nothing fitted below the lid line, and a non-technical technician had to install it with zero on-site configuration. Several sensing technologies were tested against the container's real geometry and ruled in or out on evidence, with false-alarm filtering engineered in from the start.

Field-ready prototype. Persistent configuration, debounced alarms, audible and remote outputs. No holes drilled.

CASE02
Remote connectivityFull-stack buildCost-engineered

Satellite-connected monitoring for sites with no ground infrastructure

The constraint: regions with no reliable cellular coverage, and a price point that had to undercut an established competitor on device cost and monthly fee. One hardware and firmware base was designed to serve multiple sensing applications, and the full data pathway was built from first principles: raw transmission to operator dashboard to the client's own platform.

Field-proven product, complete toolchain, and a pricing model below the competitor benchmark with healthy margin.

CASE03
Automotive electronicsSystems thinkingScalable design

Cross-platform signal acquisition across an inconsistent vehicle fleet

The constraint: a reliable engine data signal across vehicles with no common electronic interface, and no sane way to engineer a bespoke fix per model. Retrofit approaches were stress-tested against real vehicles, an existing widely available standard was chosen as the foundation, and a deliberate line was drawn around what generation one would not support.

One scalable strategy covering the large majority of the market, without the cost of a bespoke solution per model.

CASE04
Original productMaterials engineeringDurability testing

Durable custom lighting for a hostile physical environment

The constraint: survive genuine outdoor impact and continuous flexing, yet still look professionally manufactured. Two requirements usually traded off against each other. A durability flaw in the first concept forced a materials rethink, landing on a layered construction that pairs outer flexibility with internal shape recovery.

A resolved construction method for a product with no commercial equivalent. Ready for physical prototyping.
